In the unlikely event that your jewellery arrives with a manufacturing fault, we’ve got you covered! Here’s how we can help:

  • Contact Us: If you notice a manufacturing issue with your item, please email us at info@pathosjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order, or from the date of purchase.

  • Inspection Process: We will request that you return the item to us for inspection. Once we receive and assess the jewellery, we’ll either issue a replacement, exchange, or full refund—depending on your preference.
